MAPLE VILLAGE
Old New Hope Baptist Church collects donations of food items and other personal items for those elderly who live in the Maple Village residential complex. There are donation boxes at the church. Please help us care for those in need.
THANK YOU!
Old New Hope Baptist Church has joined with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board to sponsor backpacks for Tennessee children and teens. In Tennessee, 19.3% of children live in poverty. For some of these children, a backpack from Tennessee Baptists may be all they receive for Christmas. We delivered these backpacks in October 2022 and 2023. For more information on what we need, you can follow this link to the Mission Board website: https://www.tnbaptist.org/backpacks
Annie Armstrong (1850-1938)
Easter Offering
Annie was born in Baltimore at a time when there was little opportunity for women. Yet, her devotion to Christ led her to a life of service and leadership. She organized women to pray, to give and to meet the needs around them. She challenged pastors and churches to action and rallied vital support for missionaries. Ultimately, Annie was recognized as a national Southern Baptist trailblazer for her visionary leadership that still inspires millions today.
During the month of Easter we make donations to the Annie Armstrong fund to support North American Missionaries.

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Since 1888, this annual giving campaign has enabled IMB missionaries to stay on the field and bring the hope of Christ to the unreached instead of returning to the US to raise funds.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
We have once again joined Samaritans Purse for the "Operation Christmas Child" project. We will pack shoeboxes with items for children. You can donate items to the church as shown in the "What Is Needed" video. If you would like to help, you can bring items to the church any time. We will fill and send the shoeboxes to Samaritans Purse by December 1st. Your generous donations for this project will go a long way in sharing the Gospel with children around the world.

WHERE IT GOES
DO YOU WANT TO HELP OUR SOLDIERS?
Throughout the month of August, we collect donations for Bible Sticks given to our military soldiers who are sent abroad. Sponsored by "Faith By Hearing", your contribution of $25 will give copies of the complete Bible on a flash drive to those who are deployed and have little space for books. Our soldiers need to know that they can be comforted by the Word of God while in harms way.
THE WORLD NEEDS YOUR HELP
There are so many people who are lost and suffering. Some just need a little help to move their lives in a more positive direction. You have so much to offer that you haven't even begun to explore. Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes of your time to make a big difference in the life of someone in need.
GIVING TO THOSE IN NEED
If you would like to contribute to any of the organizations that we support, you can mail a check to the church. Mark your donation for the organization you choose and we will send the contribution for you.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Donating is not just with money. Taking time to help those in need can be a blessing to those who help as much as it is to those we help. We have opportunities to prepare meals for families who are going through tough times and may have medical difficulties. We also provide support for families during the holiday season when times are lean.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
You have much to offer even when you don't realize it. When we work together in the church to help those in need, the blessings multiply for all. Your heart can be filled with God's love as you join us in the various opportunities we find to help others. Cooking, sewing, spending a little time with someone who is lonely, or meeting with our Women's Missionary Union group can open up new doors to your faith.
